Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 66pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://66pk.cam, including all content, features, functionality and services offered thereon.

66pk is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform providing sports betting guides, live casino information and responsible gambling resources to adult users. The Platform is directed at Pakistani users and others who access it internationally, subject always to applicable local law.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the 66pk platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become withdrawable.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before processing withdrawals or where mandated by compliance obligations.
• "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond the reasonable control of 66pk, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures and cyberattacks.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, irrespective of whether you complete account registration.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

66pk reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 66pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold more than one active Account on the Platform at any given time.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of a current employee or director of 66pk or any of its associated entities.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Users who no longer satisfy these eligibility criteria must immediately cease using the Platform and notify 66pk. 66pk reserves the right to close any Account that does not meet eligibility requirements and to void any associated wagers or withdrawals at its absolute discretion.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate and complete registration information.
• Promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
• Register only one Account. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts held under different names or email addresses — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not register on behalf of, or transfer your Account to, any third party.

66pk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Registration does not guarantee the right to use all platform features, which may be subject to additional verification steps.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other access credentials associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 66pk immediately at the contact details set out in Section 18 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

66pk will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where such access occurred due to your failure to protect your credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility unless and until you have notified 66pk of a security breach and we have confirmed receipt and taken appropriate action.

66pk may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including two-factor authentication, device recognition and activity monitoring. Compliance with any such measures constitutes a condition of continued Account access.

Deposits & Payments

To place wagers, you must first deposit funds into your Account using an available payment method. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.
• All deposits are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where PKR is selected as your currency, amounts will be processed accordingly at applicable exchange rates where currency conversion is required.
• Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Some methods — including familiar Pakistani channels referenced for context, such as bank transfers — may require additional processing time.
• 66pk does not accept deposits made from credit facilities where such use is prohibited by the issuing institution or applicable law.

66pk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any deposit, including where compliance obligations require verification of funding source. Deposits suspected to involve criminal proceeds will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete all applicable KYC identity verification steps before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
• Withdrawal requests will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• Any active bonus funds subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable until the requirement is fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 66pk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before approving withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, including requests for documentary evidence of the source of funds.
• Processing times range from instant to several business days depending on the method selected and any outstanding verification requirements.

Where 66pk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms, it may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending investigation. We will notify you of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 66pk may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Account holders only, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Specific multipliers, eligible games and time limits are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Wagers placed above the stated maximum may be voided at 66pk's discretion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the Wagering Requirement fulfilment process.
• 66pk reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or casino game. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where expressly permitted by the Platform's in-play cash-out feature or an applicable market rule.
• 66pk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at a clearly erroneous price, where a technical malfunction affected odds calculation, or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 66pk's ruling shall be final, subject to the Platform's formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 18.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the Platform and may be adjusted at 66pk's discretion.
• 66pk reserves the right to limit the stake size of individual Users, particular markets or specific bet types without notice, where risk management considerations require it.

For live casino games, the rules of each game — including house edge, RTP ranges and side bet conditions — are governed by the live studio provider and are displayed within the game interface. 66pk provides information about these games but the operator's game rules take precedence in all disputes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66pk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any false identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial means to place bets, navigate the Platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino or any other multi-player environment.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of non-public information to gain a wagering advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, software or security systems.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction related to criminal proceeds.
• Permitting or assisting a minor to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward 66pk staff or other Users via any Platform communication channel.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or pricing anomalies in a systematic manner ("arbing" where expressly prohibited by market rules).

Responsible Gambling

66pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of player protection tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through the Account settings panel.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Gambling involves inherent financial risk and past outcomes do not guarantee future results.
• You are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and are not wagering essential living expenses.
• You will use available responsible gambling tools if your gambling behaviour becomes difficult to control.
• You will seek assistance from relevant support organisations if you believe you may have a gambling problem.

66pk reserves the right to impose limits on any Account, or to close an Account entirely, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a User may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 66pk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its Content.
• Any reproduction, distribution, public display or derivative use of any Content.
• Any data mining, scraping, crawling or extraction of Platform data by automated means.
• Any framing or mirroring of any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content terminates the licence granted under this section and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights actionable under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66pk, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In particular, 66pk shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from a Force Majeure Event.
• Losses caused by your failure to comply with these Terms or any applicable law.
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime or connectivity issues outside our reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information or Content on the Platform for any specific purpose.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, it being understood that gambling inherently involves financial risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 66pk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

66pk collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 66pk processes personal data for purposes including Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support and, where you have consented, the delivery of promotional communications.

You have the right to access, correct, restrict or request erasure of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations and our legitimate interests in retaining certain records. Full details of your data rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

66pk does not sell personal data to third parties. Payment provider names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users and do not imply any data-sharing relationship with those entities.

Amendments

66pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material — for example, changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform interface or by email to the address registered to your Account.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform before the effective date of the amendment and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the process set out in Section 18. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal complaints process by contacting 66pk support as detailed in Section 18. We will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten business days.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body established under the operator's licensing framework. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
